Airbnb and Vrbo calendars
Connect a calendar link and the app reads stay dates and reservation codes. Guest names and phone numbers are never stored.
Works offline
Job data is kept in sync on the phone, so the app keeps working without a connection.
No passwords
Accounts are invite-only, and staff sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their email.

What is Flawless Clean?
Flawless Clean is a mobile app for cleaning companies that run inspections and turnover jobs. Staff complete checklists and add notes, photos and signatures on their phones, and clients receive inspection reports by email. It is made and run by Type Apps, a software studio in Burnaby, BC.
Who can use Flawless Clean?
Flawless Clean is for staff of cleaning companies that use the app: cleaners, supervisors and admins. Accounts are invite-only, so a company admin adds each person by email address. Staff sign in with a 6-digit code emailed to them, so there are no passwords to remember.
Does Flawless Clean work with Airbnb and Vrbo calendars?
Yes. A company can connect an Airbnb or Vrbo calendar link, and Flawless Clean reads the stay dates and reservation codes from it. Guest names and phone numbers are never stored. This keeps turnover jobs lined up with the stays at each rental property.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Flawless Clean keeps a copy of job data on the phone and syncs it, so staff can keep working where the connection is weak or missing. Location is recorded at the start and finish of a job only if the person allows it, and jobs work without it.
How does a company get Flawless Clean?
